Information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, who needs coverage, household size and estimated income, and details you choose to share so we can help you compare health insurance options. We also keep records of our calls, texts and emails with you.

- To help you enroll in and keep coverage, and to provide customer service

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

When we share information
When you ask us to help you enroll, we share the information needed for that application with the insurance carrier or Marketplace you choose. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (for example, phone, texting, email and scheduling tools), who may only use it to provide services to us, and when required by law. We never sell your personal information.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We will never ask for your Social Security number, bank information or health details by text message or email.
Your choices
